Job Description:

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Einsatzort am Standort Hamburg
• Durchführung von Prüfungen bei Restarbeiten an allen A350 Sektionen und ggf. Legacy-Sektionen sowie Dokumentation in den entsprechenden elektronischen Systemen am OLW-Standort Hamburg inklusive Dokumentation
• Prozess- und Verfahrenssicherung aktiv betreiben
• Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Bauabweichungen, Q-Meldungen sowie Kundenbeanstandungen
• Mitwirkung im Reklamationsmanagement
• Regelkonformen Umgang mit fehlerhaften Produkten sicherstellen
• Arbeiten nach Fertigungs- und Qualitätsvorschriften im Legacy- und A350-Programm

Ihre Qualifikation:

• Meister, Techniker oder gleichwertige Qualifikation mit Erfahrung im Luftfahrt-Herstellbetrieb oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Fluggerätmechaniker, bevorzugt mit Erfahrung als QS-Prüfer im Montagebereich
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Montagegruppen, Beurteilung und Sicherstellung der Fertigungsqualität
• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• guter Umgang mit MS-Office Standardsoftware und AirbusTools (eConcession, eCAIR)
• QM-Methodenkenntnisse & Qualifikation als Prüfer wünschenswert
• Teamfähigkeit, Qualitätsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit, Genauigkeit
